Stop Telling people that you have dot in your email address. Don’t emphasis on that. It does not matter if you are using Gmail.
In general if the email address is customer.support@etravelsmart.com then if you send mail to customersupport@etravelsmart.com then it fails in most of email providers. But you need not worry in case if your personal or corporate email provider is Gmail. DOTS DON’T MATTER: Gmail, Facebook
DOTS STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Twitter
